Shipping Policy

1. What are the shipping charges?

The cheapest (and quickest) way to get hold of your order, if you are in the nearby vicinity, will always be to collect your order from us, either in Paardeneiland or Parklands.

If this is not possible, please see our shipping prices below. I know paying for shipping is a pain, & as such have really tried to keep these costs as low as possible; we even subsidise the costs to try lighten the burden


- Cape Town / Winelands area: R60 

- All other main Cities (DBN, JHB, PTA, PE, BFN): R80 

- Rest of SA: R95

- We offer FREE shipping for orders over R800

2. Lead times on orders

As a one-woman show (for now) I try to dispatch orders ASAP, usually within 2 business days. You will receive an e-mail notifying you when the parcel collection has been booked, as well as once the courier has collected it, at which point you will receive a tracking number.

Once collected, your order should arrive within 2-5 business days, depending on your location.

3. If your package goes missing

If you received all the information above, however your parcel has still not arrived, the onus is on you to contact us via email (elsa@bloominggoods.co.za) and let us know. We reserve the right to attempt the location / recovery / resending of your parcel for a period of 30 days from when you notified us of said lost parcel (these things can unfortunately take some time to resolve). If we cannot resolve the issue we will issue a refund or resend your parcel, whichever you prefer.

4. If you received the incorrect items in your order

Of course, this is avoided as far as possible and is a rare occurrence, but if it does, please let me know (elsa@bloominggoods.co.za) & I will happily correct the mistake and send the correct goodies at no cost to you!
