Chocolatey Sunflower Seed Butter Chickpea Treats

These little chickpea treats have all the YUM factor you need, and they're healthy-ish too ;)

Trust me, you don't want to skip the step of removing the chickpea skins, this makes them extra crispy!


1 can chickpeas

1/2 jar Blooming Goods Classic Sunflower Seed Butter

130 g chocolate (we used milk chocolate but any kind will work)


Remove the chickpea skins and dry the chickpeas with some kitchen towel

Put the chickpeas in the airfryer at 180C for 12 minutes

Meanwhile, melt the chocolate and sunflower seed butter together in the microwave, mixing at 30 second intervals

Mix the chickpeas and chocolate mixture until well combined

Spoon the mixture into cupcake liners, sprinkle with a tiny bit of salt and pop them in the fridge
